Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using BTC Casinos at powerleap.net, what our rankings and bonus listings do and do not promise, and where our responsibility ends and the casino operator's begins. Reading them takes a few minutes and it will save you from the most common misunderstanding we see: assuming that a bonus headline on a comparison page is a contract. It isn't. The operator's own terms are.
By browsing this site you accept what follows. Last reviewed Sep 19, 2026 by Emery Briar. We update this page when our commercial arrangements, editorial process or the legal picture for US players materially change.
Who may use this site
BTC Casinos is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use this site, and at least 21 where the casino you are considering or your state of residence sets that higher minimum. Many offshore crypto casinos set their own floor at 18, but some require 21, and several US states apply a 21+ rule to gambling generally. Always read the minimum age stated in the operator's own terms before you register — we state it in our reviews where the operator publishes it, but the operator's page is the authority.
We do not knowingly provide content to anyone under those ages and nothing on this site is designed to appeal to minors. If you share a device, consider filtering software.
Gambling involves losing money. It is entertainment with a cost, not income, not a plan for paying bills, and not something to do while stressed or chasing a loss. If it stops feeling like entertainment, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 at 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling guidance covers deposit limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion in more detail, including the important caveat that offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion systems that state-regulated US operators are required to provide.
How we make money, and what that does not buy
BTC Casinos is free to read because it is funded commercially. When you follow a link from one of our tables or review pages to a casino and go on to register or deposit, we may receive a commission from that operator. You pay nothing extra, and your terms with the casino are unaffected.
Two things follow from that, and we want them stated plainly rather than buried:
- Commercial relationships do not buy ranking position. A higher commission rate does not move a brand up the list, and refusing to pay does not push a brand down. Where a listing is paid placement rather than editorially ranked, we label it.
- We do not cover every crypto casino in existence. Our lists are a selection, not a census. A site's absence is not a verdict on it.
Our editorial ratings — the scores you see beside BetPanda, CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino and the rest — are our own judgments, produced in-house. They are not customer review scores, not audit results, and not a survey of player satisfaction. Do not read a 10.0 as a guarantee of anything.
What our rankings and ratings actually mean
Ratings are assembled from publicly verifiable information: the operator's published terms, its stated licensing, its listed supported coins, its advertised withdrawal handling and limits, its game categories and software partners, its KYC policy and its restricted-country and restricted-state lists. We research and verify against published sources. We do not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn at these casinos, and you should treat any comparison page that implies otherwise with caution.
Where an operator advertises a payout speed — "instant withdrawals" being the usual phrasing — we report that as an advertised claim, not a measured result. Real on-chain settlement depends on network conditions, confirmation times, the coin you chose and whether the operator has flagged your withdrawal for a manual or compliance review.
The factors we weigh, and their limits:
| Factor | What we check | What we cannot tell you |
|---|---|---|
| Coin support | Published support for BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE and other altcoins | Whether a specific network or token standard is live today |
| Payout handling | Stated processing windows and withdrawal limits | How fast your particular cash-out will clear |
| Bonuses | Headline offer plus published wagering, caps and expiry | Whether you personally qualify |
| Licensing | The licence the operator publishes (Curaçao, Anjouan, MGA and similar) | Any US regulatory approval — there is none for offshore sites |
| Verification | Stated KYC policy and the triggers for requesting ID | When an operator will exercise its discretion to ask |
| Games and fairness | Provider lineup, provably fair tooling, RNG certification claims | Independent confirmation of every certificate |
Bonus listings: the headline is never the whole deal
Every promotion we display is reproduced from the operator's public marketing at the time of checking. Offers change without notice, and the version you see when you land on the casino governs. Before you opt in, read the operator's bonus terms in full.
This matters most for the offers we list, so here is what to look for in each case — with the material conditions named, because a bonus figure without its playthrough is meaningless.
BetPanda — 10% Weekly Cashback
BetPanda tops our list because its headline promotion is a cashback arrangement rather than a matched-deposit bonus, which is a structurally different proposition. Cashback typically returns a percentage of net losses over a defined period and often carries lighter wagering than a deposit match — sometimes none — which suits players who dislike playthrough math. Check BetPanda's own terms for the qualifying period, the minimum net loss, any cap on the weekly return, which games count, and how long you have to use the credited amount.
Limitation: cashback only pays when you lose. It has no value on a winning week, and a 10% return does not make a losing run break even — you are still down 90% of what you lost. Our top rating reflects our research-based assessment of the overall package, not a prediction about your results.
CoinPoker Casino — 150% Welcome Bonus up to $2,000
CoinPoker Casino earns its place because it pairs casino play with a crypto poker room, which is a genuinely different offering from the slots-first sites elsewhere on the list. Its welcome bonus is a deposit match: you must deposit to trigger it, and the $2,000 ceiling applies only at the maximum qualifying deposit. Before opting in, confirm the playthrough multiple, the time limit for clearing it, the minimum deposit, any maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active, and which game categories contribute at what rate.
Limitation: a 150% match on a large deposit implies a large wagering commitment, and matched-deposit bonuses generally lock your balance until the requirement is met. If you value withdrawing quickly, this structure works against you.
Cryptorino — 100% Match Bonus up to 1 BTC + 10% Weekly Cashback
Cryptorino is here for the combination: a first-deposit match denominated in Bitcoin alongside an ongoing cashback element, which gives new and returning players something different to use. A BTC-denominated cap is worth thinking about carefully — the dollar value of "up to 1 BTC" moves with the market, in both directions, so the cap you read about today may be worth materially more or less by the time you qualify. Check the wagering multiple, the expiry window, game weightings and the cashback qualifying period in the operator's terms.
Limitation: the headline is realistically unreachable for most players, since matching a full Bitcoin requires depositing a full Bitcoin. Treat the ceiling as marketing and calculate the bonus on the amount you would actually deposit.
The rest of the list, in short
Punkz (20,000 USDT welcome bonus plus 15% cashback), Hyperlucky (20% daily cashback up to $10,000 plus 100 free spins), Winna (up to 60% rakeback and 25% instant cashback), Thrill (up to 70% rakeback plus 10% cashback), BC Game (four match bonuses up to $4,000 plus 400 free spins), Wild.io (up to 350% across the first three deposits plus 200 free spins) and Vave (up to 550 USDT plus up to €75 free bet and 5% cashback) all advertise maximum values that require correspondingly large deposits or sustained play. Every one is subject to wagering or playthrough conditions, time limits, game weightings, maximum-bet rules while a bonus is live, and eligibility restrictions. Free spins usually carry their own separate wagering on winnings. Our comparison of crypto casino bonuses for US players breaks these structures down further.
Bonus abuse — multiple accounts, coordinated play, betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering — is grounds for forfeiture at essentially every operator. That is the casino's rule, not ours, and we have no ability to reverse such a decision.
Deposits, withdrawals and the money side
Using BTC Casinos costs you nothing. We never take deposits, never hold player funds, never process withdrawals and never operate any game. All money movement happens between you and the casino.
Play at the sites we cover is in cryptocurrency, typically on-chain from a self-custody or exchange wallet. Practically, that means:
- Deposits arrive after the required number of network confirmations, which varies by coin. Bitcoin is slower than Litecoin; Ethereum gas costs fluctuate with congestion.
- Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us and usually not by the casino. Small deposits can be disproportionately expensive on congested networks.
- Withdrawals are subject to the operator's minimums, maximums, daily or monthly limits and any pending-bonus restriction. Some sites cover the network fee, some deduct it.
- Stablecoins — USDT and USDC — hold value in dollar terms and remove exchange-rate movement from your balance, which is why many US players prefer them over BTC, ETH or Dogecoin for bankroll purposes.
Crypto price volatility is a real and additional risk here. A balance held in BTC or an altcoin can lose value without you placing a single bet, and a bonus capped in crypto can shrink in dollar terms. Nothing on this site should be read as investment advice.
Enable two-factor authentication on every casino account and every exchange account. On-chain transactions are irreversible. If funds go to the wrong address, neither we nor the operator can retrieve them.
What you can play, and what we do not control
The casinos we cover typically offer slots from third-party studios, live dealer rooms streaming blackjack, roulette and baccarat, RNG table games, and crypto-native originals such as crash, dice and plinko. Some publish provably fair verification for in-house titles, letting you check a result's seed after the fact; third-party slots generally rely instead on RNG certification from independent testing labs. Where operators name software partners such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution or NetEnt, we report the claim as published.
We do not host, license, audit or influence any game. Game availability, return-to-player settings, fairness tooling and certification are the operator's responsibility. If you dispute a result, the route is the casino's support and, where its licence provides one, the licensing body's complaints channel. We have no authority over outcomes or payouts and cannot act as an intermediary.
Other products these operators run
Most of the brands on this site are not casino-only. Several run sportsbooks alongside the casino, with separate bonuses, separate rollover terms and separate limits — a casino welcome bonus almost never carries across to sports betting, and Vave's advertised free bet element sits on the sportsbook rather than the casino floor. CoinPoker Casino runs a poker room, where rake and rakeback economics replace house-edge economics entirely. Some operators also offer esports markets, lottery-style games or their own token and staking programs.
Our editorial coverage and ratings concern the casino product. Where we mention an adjacent offering, we are describing it, not rating it, and its terms are separate documents you need to read separately.
Legal standing, your state, and your obligations
This is the section to read carefully. There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. The crypto casinos listed on BTC Casinos are offshore operators, licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan — or in some cases Malta — rather than by any US state or federal regulator. They are not US-regulated, and we will not present them as though they were.
A small number of states license online casino gaming (including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island), and those regulated operators do not run on cryptocurrency. For most US players, then, offshore crypto casinos sit in a legal grey area. State law varies, some states are explicitly restrictive, and operators self-restrict different states and territories — the exclusion list differs from brand to brand and changes over time.
Your obligations:
- Check the law in your own state before you register or deposit. We cannot tell you what your state permits, and nothing here is legal advice.
- Read the operator's restricted-jurisdiction list and comply with it. We will not help anyone evade state geoblocks, VPN restrictions, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering procedures or KYC checks, and using false registration details will generally void your account and any balance.
- Understand that "no KYC" means an operator does not demand ID up front. Nearly all reserve the right to request verification later — commonly at withdrawal, on large wins, or where compliance rules require it. Reduced verification is a convenience and a privacy feature; it is not a route to conceal income or avoid tax.
- US taxpayers are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and separately on crypto gains. This is general information only — consult a qualified tax professional about your own position.
Blockchain transactions are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Addresses are public and permanently recorded.
Accuracy, liability and changes
We research carefully and date our checks, but operators change bonuses, coin support, limits and restricted-state lists without telling us. Information on BTC Casinos is provided for general information and may be out of date at the moment you read it. The operator's live terms always take precedence over our summary of them.
To the extent permitted by law, BTC Casinos accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling, from crypto price movements, from reliance on information published here, or from any dispute with a third-party operator. We are a publisher and comparison service. We are not a party to your relationship with any casino.
Content, wording, ratings and layout on this site are our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Outbound links are provided for your convenience; we do not control third-party sites and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version applies from the date it is published, and continued use of the site signals acceptance.
Questions about these terms
If something here is unclear, if you think a bonus or rating we have published is wrong, or if you want to know more about how our editorial process works, get in touch. You can read more about the people behind the site on our about page or reach us directly through the contact page. We would rather correct an error than leave it standing.
And the point worth repeating: play only with money you can afford to lose, set your own limits before you deposit rather than after, and call 1-800-GAMBLER if gambling is causing you harm. Offshore sites may not provide the self-exclusion and player-protection tools you would find at a state-regulated operator, so those limits are largely yours to set and keep.
